Which countries do you ship to?
We ship within the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are; € 4.10 for a letterbox package with track & trace, € 6.75 for regular packages, and € 9.00 for packages with livestock excluding snails. These can be sent with a regular package.

Can I also pick up my order?
You can pick up your order by appointment, please contact us by sending an email to: info@aqua-escape.com or send a Whatsapp message to: 06-51480996.
We will contact you as soon as possible to schedule a collection appointment.
When picking up, you can pin your order or pay exactly.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
After you have completed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.
Do you also have a physical store?
Aqua-Escape is a webshop and does not have a physical store.
When will I receive my order?
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 6:00 PM the same day. However, we do not always manage to meet this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
