Delivery time & Shipping costs

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 6:00 PM the same day. However, we do not always manage to meet this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The stated prices do not include shipping costs.

The shipping costs are:

€ 4.20 for orders that fit through the letterbox
€ 7.25 for orders up to 10 kilos. (excluding shipments with shrimp).
€ 9.20 for shipments with shrimp.

Delivery is via PostNL's postman or parcel deliverer. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Returns

Reflection time / return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs depend on the weight, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@aqua-escape.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. Excluded for return are products from the category '' aqua life ''.

Our livestock is prepared with the utmost care and packed for shipment. If something went wrong with the animals or plants upon arrival, you must take a photo before unpacking and send it by email to: info@aqua-escape.com

We will contact you as soon as possible.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.

Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact info@aqua-escape.com for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.

I have entered a wrong delivery address!

Accidentally passed on a wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.
